1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and 999n ("999n", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 999n website at 999n.asia, including all games, betting services, cashier features, promotional offers, and any other services made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing bets, playing games, or otherwise accessing any part of the 999n platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. • Personal Use: You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, using your own funds, and not acting as an agent or on the instructions of any third party.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money Services on 999n, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested during the registration process, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

999n operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering standards. Before any withdrawal is processed, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents: a copy of your Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or valid Pakistani passport, and proof of address or payment method ownership. 3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999n login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you notify 999n immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access. 999n will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information held on your 999n account remains accurate and up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

4. Deposits & Payments

999n accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT (Tether). All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the 999n cashier page and are subject to change with notice.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 999n balance instantly for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfer timelines may vary.
• 999n does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All funds deposited into your 999n account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.
• 999n reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if there is reason to believe the transaction is fraudulent, connected to money laundering, or otherwise in breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your 999n account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, the same method used for your most recent deposit.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the 999n cashier.
• For verified accounts, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers are processed same-day during normal banking hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

999n may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other promotional benefits to eligible users. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made, in addition to these general Terms. By accepting any bonus or promotional offer from 999n, you agree to be bound by the applicable promotional terms.

• Bonus funds are typically subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless otherwise stated.

7. Game Rules & Fairness

Each provider's games operate under their own certified rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Using false identity information or impersonating another person
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity
• Using software, bots, scripts or other automated tools to interact with the 999n platform
• Exploiting bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in 999n's software
• Attempting to defraud 999n or other users
• Colluding with other players in any 999n game
• Abusing bonuses or promotional offers
• Placing bets using funds deposited by a third party
• Accessing 999n from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law

9. Responsible Gaming

999n is committed to promoting responsible gambling. 999n strictly enforces an 18+ age restriction on all real-money accounts and provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered users:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 999n shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 999n's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

999n does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

12. Termination

999n reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms, fraud, or illegal activity. Upon termination for cause, any balance in your account may be forfeited where permitted by applicable law. You may close your 999n account at any time by contacting customer support, subject to any pending KYC or withdrawal processing requirements.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the 999n platform that cannot be resolved through 999n's internal complaint process shall be subject to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 999n's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
